The St. Louis Tap Festival is a week-long event that educates, promotes, and celebrates the American art form of tap dance. Started by Professor Robert L. Reed, the festival has grown tremendously, and is known and loved throughout the world. We bring the world's best tap dancers to teach classes, perform, and to inspire kids in the St. Louis area and throughout the world.
Registration is open and space still available for classes and workshops which encompass all levels from beginner to advanced. Costs for festival activities vary. Call 314-531-TAPS (8277) or visit www.tapheritage.org for more information. The week-long event contains master workshops, performances, salsa night, tap jams, dances, a panel discussion, and culminates in the annual All That Tap XXIV Concert Saturday, August 1, 2015 - 7:00pm at the Edison Theatre.
