The traditional Halloween Parade steps off at 7:30pm. It begins at the corner of Washington & Broadway and continues down Broadway to Piasa Street, then North to 9th Street.
Commemorative shirts will be available for purchase at the Alton Visitor's Center, at 200 Piasa St, Alton, in a limited number, ranging in sizes from adult small to adult XXL. Proceeds from the sale of the shirt will benefit the East End Improvement Association, which organizes the annual parade.
The design celebrates 100 years of Alton's Halloween parades and has ghosts, witches, and creepy haunted houses wrapped around the number '100.' The long sleeve shirts are available in heather gray with a black design or black with an orange design.
