Beverley Scroggins will accept the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's awards ceremony. Mark Lull, Maryville Elementary School Principal, is nominated for Best Leading Actor for his performance as Horton the Elephant in Seussical the Musical at Alfresco Arts Center, and he is also nominated for Best Comedic Actor for his performance as Professor Porter, Jane's Father, in Disney's Tarzan with Take Two Productions in St. Louis.
Alfresco Arts Center also has two more nominations: Best Leading Actor Scott Tripp in The Last Five Years, and Best Small Ensemble Show: The Last Five Years.
The Nomination Ceremony will be at Alfresco Arts Center hosted by Brenda Whitaker, and will host over 64 local St. Louis nominees. This is the Tonys of St. Louis coming to Granite City. Mark Lull and Scott Tripp will be performing from their nominated performances. This free event is not to be missed!
