Sale Hours: 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Setup: Friday, October 31, 2014 9 until 11 a.m. or 7 until 9 p.m.
Setup: Saturday, November 1, 2014 6 until 8 a.m.
Booth Space: 8'X8' for $15 Fee includes one table (you may bring your own, if you prefer)
Checks made payable to: North Alton Baptist Church including your name, e-mail, address, zip, types of items for sale (yard sale, Christmas gifts, collectibles, baby clothes, etc.) & number of spaces requested at $15 each.
North Alton Baptist Church will be selling concession items and baked goods!
There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks. Payment must be made in full to reserve rental space.
All proceeds from sale of items from your space will be yours. You are responsible for your own sales transactions.
We will have a table set up in your space; however, it is your responsibility to set up and take down all sale items. We reserve the right to reject or remove any items deems objectionable, unacceptable or undesirable for a Christian organization.
North Alton Baptist church will not be liable for any damages or injury to person or property sustained by conditions or activities on the premises.
You are responsible for protecting your property and merchandise from damage or loss.
At the close of the sale you are responsible for removing all your items and leaving the space in a neat and clean condition.
