Do you have a little trouble quieting your mind? Have you considered beginning a meditation practice, or are you looking for reasons to try the stress-relieving practice for yourself?
In this beginner-level workshop, we’ll discuss the benefits of meditation and try a few basic techniques to help you focus and/or “let go” of distracting thoughts. There will be mini guided meditation sessions from 1 to 3 minutes to experience variations and see what may work best for you. The length of meditation time should gradually increase with your practice, just as you would do with a jogging routine.
