Shelbie Manns of Alton and Matthew Callaway of St. Charles, Mo., were married at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at Benjamin Godfrey Memorial Chapel in Godfrey.
Their ceremony was officiated by Chaplain Bruce Baumberger. A reception followed at the Trimpe Building at Lewis & Clark Community College in Godfrey.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Kim Manns of Alton. Shelbie was a May 2016 graduate of Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, receiving her Doctorate of Pharmacy. She is currently employed by SSM Healthcare as a pharmacist.
Shelbie’s maid of honor was Megan Edwards of Godfrey. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Crawford of Alton and Valerie Manns, sister of the bride, of Alton. Flower girl was Mary Rennier, cousin of the groom.
The groom is the son of Heather Wade. Matthew graduated from University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently employed by Hunter Engineering in Bridgeton, Mo., as an engineer.
Matthew’s groomsmen were Carl Lacy of St. Charles, Mo., Nathan Hill of St. Charles, Mo., and Trevor Wade, brother of the groom, of St. Charles, Mo. The usher was Wesley Edwards of Godfrey. Ringbearers were Mitchell Manns, brother of the bride; and Augustine Rennier, cousin of the groom.
The couple honeymooned in Belize.
