EDWARDSVILLE — The Greater Edwardsville Area Community Foundation (GEACF) will hold their annual “Celebrate Your Community” event from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, April 25, in the Leclaire Room on the N.O. Nelson Campus.
The GEACF welcomes District 7 residents to enjoy a night of dancing, recognizing donors, mingling with friends and learning about the myriad of exciting changes and contributions occurring in the community at large.
“We are looking forward to this event and hope that residents will come out to enjoy a really fun and educational time full of good people, good food and good music,” said Patty Navin, foundation chairman for GEACF. “There’s so much good going on in our community, and we are thrilled to be sharing information on all of the foundation events and programs in and around our community.”
Everyone who attends the event will be automatically entered to win an iPad Air. Guests will also be treated to heavy hors d’oeuvres and music provided by the Bob Perry Band.
“It’s bound to be a night full of dancing, fun, and great prizes,” Navin said. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased by calling (855) GO-GEACF or by visiting the website www.edwardsvillefoundation.org.
