Latasha Fox, a 1995 graduate of Alton High School, will get her second chance as a cast member on the popular CBS show “Survivor.”
The 20-person cast for “Survivor: Cambodia – Second Chance” was announced Wednesday following the finale of Season 30 of the popular reality show. Fox, a fan favorite who finished sixth in Season 28 of the show, “Survivor: Cagayan,” was voted in by fans.
All 20 cast members are previous contestants on Survivor, dating all the way back to Season 2 and as recently as Season 30. Fans were able to vote on 32 former cast members to form the all-star cast. The 20 winners, 10 men and 10 women, were announced live at the end of the reunion show for Season 30, “Survivor: Worlds Apart” on Wednesday.
Fox, an accountant in St. Louis and former Rams cheerleader, joined the rest of the all-star cast Wednesday night as they left the studio and began travel for filming Season 31 of “Survivor.”
“Survivor: Cambodia – Second Chance” will air this fall on CBS.
