ALTON — The Alton High School Social Studies Club and social studies classes are collecting items for the Redbirds Care program.
Redbirds Care makes care packages for Alton High School graduates serving in the U.S. military. Members collect food, clothing, hygiene and other items for the packages.
Anyone wanting to make a donation or nominate a service person for a care package can contact the Social Studies Club at Alton High School at (618) 474-2700. Packages are delivered throughout the year.
