Centerstone is seeking nominations for its 2016 Community Champions award.
The award, formerly known as Mental Health Heroes, recognizes individuals and organizations that have worked to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and have improved the lives of people experiencing behavioral health conditions in Madison, Jersey, Greene or Calhoun counties.
