Jerry Timmermann has been elected to New York Life’s 2016 Agents Advisory Council.
Founded in 1946, the AAC is a group of 24 New York Life agents elected by their peers to communicate the issues and perspectives of their fellow agents. Members of the AAC work with senior management to develop and implement ideas that will benefit families and businesses in their community.
Timmermann, a New York Life agent for 35 years, was elected to the Agents Advisory Council at a recent awards and recognition educational conference.
Timmermann began his financial career in 1981 and created The Timmermann Group, a wealth consulting firm, dedicated to serving the needs of privately held business owners, high-income, high net worth individuals and professionals. Timmermann develops, implements and maintains sustainable solutions designed to protect, preserve and improve family wealth transfers during life and at demise, while creating opportunities for clients to establish lasting legacies.
Timmermann resides in Breese. He has four daughters and two granddaughters.
