GRANITE CITY — For almost 30 years, the John Sakach Co. has been the leader in the St. Louis area in wire ropes and other rigging products.

Recently, the company became a member of the Associated Wire Rope Fabricators, a group of companies that manufactures, fabricates or distributes lifting, rigging and load securement devices made of chain, rope and synthetic products.
