ALTON — Evergreen Glenhaven Operations LLC is now owner and operator of Glenhaven Gardens Supportive Living. Glenhaven Gardens officially will display the new name and logo of Evergreen Place – Supportive Living beginning Jan. 1.
Glenhaven Gardens (www.glenhaven-alton.com) was established in 2008 and is located on the campus of Alton Memorial Hospital. Heritage Operations Group LLC began managing the operations of the 92-apartment community in 2011. The community offers adults age 65 and older customized personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing, meal service three times daily, laundry and housekeeping and medication reminders. The supportive living community is open to older adults regardless of income level.
While the official change in ownership took effect Sept. 1, the name change will occur Jan. 1.

The company opened the first nursing home in Bloomington, where Heritage is headquartered.
