On Tuesday, April 29, at 10:54 p.m., the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6500 block of Godfrey Road, Godfrey, for a report of underage drinking.
Deputies arrived and made contact with a person reporting people younger than 21 had been consuming alcoholic beverages and were fleeing from the rear of the residence. Deputies made contact with three people who fled on foot. These three people were contacted at 6600 Godfrey Road, Godfrey. They ignored the deputy’s commands to stop and were subsequently placed under arrest for obstructing a peace officer.
They were identified as: Zachary J. Moxey, 19, of the 4800 block of Wick Mor Drive, Godfrey; Hunter A. Ryan, 20, 7200 block of Ellington Drive, O’fallon, Mo.; and Grant D. Starke, 18, of the 90 block of Huntsdale Ridge Court, Wentzville, Mo.
While investigating this incident deputies located 13 people who were younger than 21 and had been consuming alcoholic beverages. They were placed under arrest for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and identified as:
Quinton R. Argent, 20, of the 600 block of Lewis and Clark Boulevard, Godfrey; Cameron J. Crouthers, 19, 600 block of Lewis and Clark Boulevard, Godfrey; Alexander P. Lay, 19, first block of Northbridge Lane, Edwardsville; Elliot F. Miller, 18, of the 300 block of Mason Ridge Drive, St. Charles, Mo.; Jacob B. Miller, 19, of the 9400 block of Trappers Creek Court, Red Bud; Jordan A. Pratte, 19, of the 6500 block Of Godfrey Road, Godfrey; Lance B. Smith, 19, of the 1200 block of Preis Lane Apt. 3, Godfrey; Evan A. Stoll, 19, of the first block of Tory Ann Court, St. Peters, Mo.; Casey R. Thomason, 19, of the first block of Marne Drive, Lake St. Louis; Kourtney A. Pinkeron, 19, of the 300 block of Silver Street, Bethalto; Sadie J. Lupercio, 20, of the 200 block of Robinhood Drive, East Alton,; Jennifer C. Morris, 20, of the 600 block of Madison Lane, Florissant, Mo.; Sarah J. Spencer, 20, of the 5000 block of Candy Lane, Alton.
Moxey, Ryan and Starke were transported to the Madison County Jail and were served with misdemeanor complaints for obstructing a peace officer. They were held on a $100 cash bond.
Argent, Crouthers, Lay, E. Miller, J. Miller, Pratte, Smith, Stoll, Thomason, Pinkerton, Lupercio, Morris and Spencer were all transported to the Madison County Jail and issued misdemeanor complaints for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were held on a $100 cash bond.
