WOOD RIVER — Two people have been charged in an Aug. 14 armed robbery at the AT&T store, 1855 Vaughn Road.
In a statement Monday, Deputy Chief Dan Bunt said Stacey Graham, 38, of Jerseyville, and Christopher Booker, 41, of St. Louis, were charged with armed robbery Thursday, Aug. 21, by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Bunt said the police investigation indicated an employee, Graham, was involved in the robbery.
Graham is in custody at the Madison County Jail. Booker remains at large and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Booker’s whereabouts is asked to call the Wood River Police Department at (618) 251-3114.
Bunt said police do not believe anyone else is involved with the robbery.
A judge set bond for both suspects at $200,000.
The suspects took cash, cellphones, Ipads, Ipad minis and other electronics.
