Debra Kay Nance, 61, formerly of Granite City, passed away Saturday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Jefferson Mercy Hospital in Festus, Mo.
She was born June 10, 1954, in Litchfield, the daughter to the late Richard Lewis and Wanda Lee (nee Mayberry) Fisher.
She and Richard E. Nance were married July 30, 1993, in Potosi, Mo. He survives.
Debra will be sadly missed by her many friends and family and by her cairn terrier, Maggie Mae.
Besides her husband of 22 years, she is survived by one daughter, Cindy and Tom Kichler of Granite City; one son, Terry and Angie Tinsley of Alton; stepson, Rick and Sherri Nance of Cadet, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, Justin Steven Kichler, Laura Elise Tinsley, Bobbie Jo Tinsley, Josh Nance, Faith Nance, Leah Tinsley, Haley Valley, Jaycie Tinsley and Nevaeh Tinsley; four brothers, Richard and Sherry Fisher of Utah, Gary and Sherrie Fisher of Georgia, Dale and Gail Fisher of Highland, and Larry and Sandra Fisher of California; and one sister, Robin Fisher of Granite City.
Besides her parents, Debra is preceded in death by a brother, Terry Fisher.
Visitation will be from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.
Memorial may be made to the American Lung Association or the Granite City APA.
