Dustin Duane Cook, 27, of Granite City, passed away at 10:24 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Gateway Regional Medical Center ER.
He was born Aug. 29, 1988, in Granite City, the son to Michelle L. (Hoffman) Cook and the late Kevin Cook.
Dustin worked for Quality Construction since he was 16 and was attending college. He was a member of The House of the Lord. He was a sports fan and enjoyed building and welding and loved to camp and go four-wheeling.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Cherie Cook; nephew, Adeon; grandmother, JoAnn Roll; uncle, Bobbie; aunts, Cindy, Vicki, Carrie, Samantha, Jackie, Dawn and Rose; and many other cousins who loved him dearly.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Gerald Roll and Gary Hoffman.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2016, at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery on Maryville Road.
