Jacqueline S. “Jackie” Bradley, 51, of Granite City, passed away at 10:05 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2015, at her home.
She was born July 19, 1963, in Granite City, a daughter of Clarence J.R. Combs of Granite City and the late Joyce E. (Huntley) Combs. She married Dennis P. Bradley on April 11, 2013, in Edwardsville and he survives. Jackie was the assistant manager of the bakery at Schnucks in Granite City with more than 25 years of dedicated service. She loved baking and was very artistic in cake decorating. Jackie loved the outdoors, taking in scenery during her walks in the park and bicycling. She enjoyed her days of traveling and will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.
In addition to her beloved husband and father, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Ian Collins of Granite City; two grandchildren, Atlantis and Aaron; stepson, Scott M. Bradley of Caseyville; a brother, David G. Combs of Granite City; a sister, Julia C. Combs of Granite City; father-in-law, Ray M. Bradley Jr. of St. Louis; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ray and Gabriel Bradley III of St. Charles, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Pat Huddleston of Overland, Mo.; her precious dog, Buster; other extended family and many friends.
In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be 5 p.m. until time of memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City, with the Rev. Jesse Tedder officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.
