James A. Hildebrand, 48, of Granite City, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Saint Louis University Hospital.
He was born Oct. 7, 1966, in Granite City, the son to Kay F. (Luther) Hildebrand of Granite City and the late Ronald J. Hildebrand.
On Feb. 10, 2000, he and Antoinette “Toni” Mead were married in Edwardsville. She survives in Granite City.
James was a truck driver with Graebel Van Line in St. Louis and was a member of the Million Mile Club.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Heather (James) Feldmann; two sons, Zachary A. Hildrebrand and Ronald J. (Christine) Hildebrand, all of Granite City; five grandchildren, Vincent James Feldman, Kolton James Hildebrand, Alexis Grace Feldman, Emma Rose Hildebrand and LilliAna Jade Hildebrand; two brothers, Henry (Dan) Hildebrand and Timothy J. Hildebrand, both of Granite City; and two sisters, Mary (Ron) Gillis of Branson, Mo., and Kim (Harold) Pulley of Granite City.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015, at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory, where services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery on Maryville Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
