James Robert Heth, 88, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, formerly of Granite City, passed from this life on Monday, December 2, 2013 at Lovelace Hospital.
He was born on September 25, 1925, the son to the late George and Carolyn (Weber) Heth.
Jim belonged to Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Albuquerque. He was raised in Granite City. He served and retired from the US Air Force, with 20 years service. He then was employed by the Treasury Department as a Field Representative with the Internal Revenue. He also attained his Masters Degree in Business.
Jim is survived by and will be deeply missed by his sisters, Mary Antoff and Shirley (Phil) Heath of Granite City and Janette Kienle of Glen Carbon and June (Harold) Kosten of Las Vegas. NV; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Ellen Aubrey, Grace Eeeardt and Genevieve Marler and brothers, George O. Heth, Jr., William Heth and Charles Heth.
