Jeannie K. Biddlecome, 72, of Wood River, passed away at 3:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.
Born in Alton on March 2, 1943, she was the daughter of Nicholas and Katie (DeVasher) Sadich.
Jeannie had worked as an accountant in the business office at Wood River Township Hospital for 20 years before retiring in 1998.
She is survived by a son, Nick (Shantell) Biddlecome of Eureka, Mo.; daughter, Kelly (Bob) Thompson of Wood River; five grandchildren, Caleb, Noah and Ryder Biddlecome, Mackenzie Milner, and Nicholas Thompson; brother, Danny Sadich of Missouri; and three sisters, Nicki Fulton of California, Kim Will of East Alton, and Karen Schulte of O’Fallon, Mo.
Her parents and a brother, David Sadich, preceded in death.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will begin with a visitation from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wood River. Pastor Martin Schultz will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the church.
