The Honorable Mayor of the Village of South Roxana, Kenneth Michael Beasley, 69, died at 12:34 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016, at Alton Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
A celebration of life memorial visitation will be 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at Bethalto Church of God, 800 E. Bethalto Drive, Bethalto.
