Last week's question: What round of the 1991 MLB amateur draft was Lewis and Clark Community College standout Jason Isringhausen selected by the New York Mets?
Answer: Isringhausen was drafted in the 44th round of the 1991 MLB Amateur Draft by the New York Mets. Oddly enough 44 is the number he wore on his jersey through his 16-year major league career. Wearing the number was in honor of his high school teammate Shaun Watson, who wore that number with the Piasa Birds.
Congratulations to Wayne Snyder, who answered correctly and wins a $10 voucher off sales, parts or service to Jack Schmitt Chevrolet in Wood River.
