Twin City rolled into the tournament title tilt in St. Peters with a 9-1 win over the Midwest Knights Saturday.
Post 1167 improved to 27-3 with the win. The independent American Legion team plays in the championship game of the tourney at 6 p.m. today.
Logan Reardon logged the win on the hill against the Knights, tossing five innings while striking out 10 and scattering three hits.
Offensively, Randy Skiff guided the hit parade with a 3 for 4 day with a double and two RBIs. Spencer Heinemen got in the mix with two hits, including a triple. Reardon, Blake Marks and Tanner Davis all had hits in the win, too.
