Daniel Joseph “Danny” McCullough Jr., 32, of Granite City, passed away at 9:16 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis. He was born Dec. 14, 1983, in Granite City.
He had worked as a laborer in general construction and enjoyed listening to music, grilling, fishing and drawing. He had a special love of his family and cherished his brothers and sisters. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Pamela Kay Wallace and Robert “Bob” Fisher of Granite City; his father, Daniel Joseph McCullough Sr. of Dwight, Ill.; a son, Ryan McCullough; three brothers, Brett Chastain, Erick Chastain Howell and Cody Chastain; three sisters, Angie Wallace Tinsley, Melissa Chastain and Brandy McCullough; grandfather, Bob Perrin; nieces and nephews, Dallas Davidson, Shelby Davidson, Colton Lewis, Gabby Chastain, Ashton Chastain, Cole Chastain, Nevaeh Wallace, Jayce Tinsley, Aaron Wallace, Triston Acup and Devon Acup; other extended family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Wallace and Cory Chastain.
In celebration of his life, a memorial visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City with the Rev.
