David Lloyd Vincent, 27, of Decatur, died at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.
He was born Jan. 5, 1987, in Lincoln, the son to Linda (Gonzales) Ford of Atlanta, Ill., and Anthony "Boogie" Vincent of Lincoln, Ill.
David was a student at ITT in Springfield and worked at the TapRoot in Decatur. He was a St. Louis Cardinals fan and liked to play fantasy football. He also loved dancing and being with his family.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by three brothers, Joe Vincent of Lincoln, Clayton Ford of Atlanta, and Landon Vincent of Lincoln; five sisters, Kortney Musselman of Iowa, Bridget Vincent and Toni Vincent of Lincoln, and Danika Ford and Reyna Ford of Atlanta; maternal grandmother, Nadine DuRea of Arizona and paternal grandparents, John and Chorlene Vincent of Lincoln.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Leonard and Judy Gonzales.
